Only what each form needs: account details (name, email, school), registration and request details, purchase records. Card details are handled by Toss Payments.

Account data until you leave; requests and messages for 1 year after handling; transaction records for 5 years as required by Korean law.

Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), Resend (emails), Toss Payments (payments). Some are located outside Korea.
